Oct 24, 2018 · I made an automatic wool farm. An observer detects when grass grows/is eaten and sends an output to a dispenser with a shear, which shears the sheep. Under the grass, there is a hopper minecart to collect it.

May 14, 2021 · Unlike most wool farms, this design sheers the sheep when they eat TALL grass, which can be immediately bonemealed into more tall grass, so there is no waiting for grass to grow. In the rare event that two sheep eat at the same time, causing the grass block to be eaten, a small piston tape feed pushes a new grass block into place.

Sep 13, 2012 · The reason your sheep is falling through the block is because it's standing directing in the center of the block. With my farm, the other sheep push each other outwards towards the walls. Two sides of my pin use fences, so my sheep are being pushed into the space between the fences hitbox and the center of the block they're standing on.

Oct 25, 2018 · When the sheep eats the grass, it triggers the observer, which shears the sheep again. The grass grows from the blocks around it (which triggers the dispenser again, but no harm done), and then rinse and repeat. The minecart hopper below the bottom block is on a track, letting it collect the wool and transfer it via hopper to the chest behind.

Sep 15, 2023 · If you want pretty much the exact farm design I used. I just searched "minecraft bedrock wool farm 1.20" and clicked on the first video by JC Playz or whatever the guys youtube channel is. The only difference is I used tinted glass and placed the torch elsewhere
