Apr 9, 2020 · It’s when Bruce finally decides to hang up the Cape and Cowl. He could no longer be the Batman he wanted to be. Personally, I think there are much more hard hitting moments than this in TAS and Beyond but it’s still a great set up to get us to Terry.

Batman Beyond is about as optimistic as I think could have been expected, if for no other reason than Bruce lived long enough to become an embittered, isolated old man. Tastes, of course can vary.
