If you had a fracture or surgery, i usually tell my patients that it will take up to a year for everything to get back to normal, and that the wrist may always be a little bigger than it was befor.

I work with animals and frequently use my wrist with them my wrist started hurting I thought because I was sleeping on it but when I stopped sleeping that way it still hurt.
