The John Hancock Student Village offers sweeping views of the Charles River and Boston skyline. It boasts two contemporary residences—10 Buick Street and 33 Harry Agganis Way, affectionally known as “StuVi-1” and “StuVi-2.”

With panoramic views and contemporary design features, this part of the John Hancock Student Village, or “StuVi-2” as residents call it, offers the very best of cosmopolitan living to upperclassmen.

Student Village Residences I and II, affectionately known as StuVi1 and 2, offer suite- and apartment-style options in ultra modern high-rise buildings; You can take advantage of the 26th-floor study lounge with sweeping panoramic views of the city of Boston; StuVi1 houses juniors or seniors and StuVi2 is home to sophomores, juniors, and seniors

StuVi2 (Student Village 2) is the dorm with the highest demand on campus! It's in West Campus next to Nickerson Field, FitRec, and Agganis Arena. It's very new, built in 2009, and the rooms are very spacious.

Jul 18, 2018 · Student Village 2 (StuVi2) StuVi 2 is notorious for it's beautiful views of the city of Boston. The lobby, the apartments, the suites, the proximity to a shuttle stop, and the study spaces can definitely make you feel like you're living in a hotel.

The Student Village housing is comprised of suites of four rooms with private bedrooms and two shared bathrooms, a kitchen and a common area. The suites are in a high-rise apartment building at 10 Buick Street with commanding views of the Charles River and Boston.

Please refer to the floor plan below for the layout of a typical suite. The price is USD 75 per night per person. Guests will be assigned by the organizers to single-gender suites unless otherwise specified.

There are also 31 two-person apartments each with two single bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining area. Entering freshmen and transfer students are not eligible to live in 10 Buick Street during their first year.
