Shaved down, the medication isn't evenly distributed "per line" you cut to snort, so if you think you're only getting a few mgs per tiny line, don't be fooled. I've seen people with zero tolerance do a tiny line and almost OD. Be very, very cautious.

I will never understand why essential analgesics are classed in the US as Sch 1 and described as having 'no clinical value' which of course is patent nonsense.
