So I downloaded Sergei Stelec's WinPE and created an UEFI mode USB flash drive so I can boot in Windows 10/11 in UEFI mode. I then loaded EasyUEFI (included) and deleted my old useless UEFI boot entries.

Aug 2, 2020 · Found this discussion via search. I have a system that I dual boot with Windows 10 and Ubuntu Linux. I've used both Linux efibootmgr and Windows EasyUefi to delete entries from the UEFI boot menu. However, every time Windows 10 does any type of update, it re-adds all the boot entries it can find on the entire set of disks!
