The Counseling Department provides essential academic, career, and personal counseling services to a diverse and changing student population. We are committed to meeting the needs of students while serving the broader campus community in an innovative and equitable manner.

Express Zoom Counseling services are offered by the Mt. SAC Counseling Department to make answers to quick questions easily available by using Zoom. It is important to note that Express Zoom Counseling is for quick questions only and the hours that it is available are limited.

Mt. SAC has a multi-disciplinary, multilingual, and multiethnic team of licensed professionals that offer short-term mental health counseling: psychologists, clinical social workers, and marriage and family therapists.

There are three ways to schedule a counseling appointment for up to 14 days in advance. These appointments range from 30 to 45 minutes based on the counseling services requested

Please note that if there is a specific counselor that you would like to meet with, we recommend that you call the main counseling line at (909) 274-4380. We'll be able to assist you with scheduling an appointment with your preferred counselor.

Join Express Zoom Counseling (EZC) for online help or come to the counseling center to speak with a counselor in person. Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:30am to 6:30pm and Fridays from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
