Nov 17, 2024 · Hello, I've had my deathadder v2 pro for about a year and the 2.4 wirless dongle never had any issues until recently. Last week it would disconnect when connected to the 2.4 usb but re-connect after I had turned it off and back on. I checked the firmware update and the USB and mouse are up to date. Resetting the mouse doesn't seem to help either.

Jun 29, 2021 · I got a Razer DeathAdder v2 Pro and a Razer BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed 65% Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard today. The mouse will not connect via the dongle, but it will work with the cable connected. The keyboard works only if I use the dongle from the keyboard, if I use the dongle from the mouse nothing works.

Aug 26, 2022 · Every once in a while my deathadder v2 pro will freeze for between .5-1.5 seconds. Generally there are a few minutes at least between freezes, although it rarely can freeze twice in a row. It does not freeze when in wired mode. I have not checked bluetooth mode. Oct 19, 2020 · - V2 has worse side grips with right side making it harder to lift mouse compared to pro - V2 side grips will probably last longer as material is less "gripy" but also feels harder/hopefully more durable - V2 huge minus; mine obviously has the "v1 razer optical switch" which is louder, slower, feels a bit mushy/greater travel distance

Can i buy a bluetooth USB 5.0 dongle and pair it with the deathadder mouse? or does it have to be the special bluetooth dongle that came with the mouse?

Jun 3, 2021 · I tried the Razer Viper Ultimate and the Deathadder V2 Pro and the Deathadder V2 Pro was more comfortable to use by far (I also use a kinda-fingertip grip). If the Deathadder is your shape, the Deathadder is your shape. I then tried the Xtrfy MZ-1 Zy's Rail and that took a while to get used to.
