Decay can't dust elemental attack, so Aizen can just cast whatever flavors that he wants and blast Shiggy into oblivion and he doesn't even need his TYBW-arc reiatsu to completely fodderizing shiggy. Sure knowing what your opponent can do is great, but even if AIzen has no idea what Shiggy can do.
