May 26, 2020 · I looked at the pro-cut slides a little while ago when I was in the market for a P320 slide. To me it looks like the pro-cut is a regular P320 OEM slide with more machine time and cuts. I can't see Sig manufacturing them with tighter tolerances than their regular slides like a tighter slide to frame rail fit or a tighter barrel lockup.

Dec 14, 2020 · The slide is NOT cut for the RMR it is cut for the Deltapoint/ Romeo1 Pro footprint. The DPP and Romeo1 Pro are slightly longer than the RMR, but CHPWS makes a "spacer" plate that fills the GAP at the front and is Razor thin so it doesn't make it sit to high.

Mar 4, 2021 · The native optic cut is larger than the footprint of the RMR and puts the stresses of the slide reciprocating on the two screws which are intended to apply clamping force to the slide, not resist the forward and back motion of the slide operating. The filler plate fills the front to back gap and adds recoil lugs which also help to locate the optic.

Dec 30, 2021 · So having just gone through this drill as well, since I already have a SRO I could utilize, just be aware that the CHPWS plate seems to state that you must already have the additional RMR holes in the slide. My recently acquired Pro-Cut slide (4.7") with the "Titanium" Cerakote has the older R1P/DPP pattern only, so the CHPWS wouldn't work ...

Aug 25, 2022 · I have a older p320 pro cut 3.9 side that didn’t come with the rmr holes. Once the EPS was announced and stated it would fit the 407/507k footprint I was very intrigued. After researching I found that the 507k footprint was the same mounting holes at the delta point pro but you just had the space in front and behind the optic.

Dec 21, 2019 · The X5 is a bull barrel with a larger diameter (.63 in inches on mine) than the standard barrel (.55 inches). It won't fit in the pro-cut slide. I have the full size pro cut slide with a silencer co. barrel and compensator and the original X5. Their accuracy is basically identical even though the silencer co is not "match grade"
