Aug 9, 2023 · I guess "Legacy" means nobody ever wants to use a speech bubble any more, which really does seem insane. I'm using Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop 2023), and the new (2023) tutorials I can see online (not on Adobe's site) now all say you have to import a "special collection" of speech bubbles from various free sources.

Jan 5, 2020 · If you can't find the Shapes panel in the Window menu, then tell us what version of Photoshop you have. The Shapes panel is new, and the speech bubble shapes that the OP asked about were not considered "Legacy" in older versions. If you have the current version, please show a screen shot of what you are seeing so we can better assist. ~ Jane

Sep 30, 2019 · Make sure you are on the Layer with the speech bubble, then go to Edit > Free Transform (Cmd+T or Ctrl+T) and either drag or use the rotate control in the options bar. Alternatively, you might use Edit > Flip Horizontal and / or Flip Veritical. Use the blue Reply button to get a larger reply box. ~ Jane

Mar 9, 2020 · Don’t be concerned that the Speech Bubble on the Preview Screen is not the size you need. You’ll resize it later. Sequence is important. Double click on the Speech Bubble marker on the timeline. You may see a flicker on the Preview Screen as the Speech Bubble is activated. Slide your cursor across “ADD. TEXT”.
