The action Wiggler takes depends on what Popple does to Wiggler. Wiggler will re-perform his opening attack if Popple climbs on to Wiggler and pulls the flower on his head again. If Popple jumps into Wiggler's face, he will skid back a bit, then become angry.

Popple is soon defeated by Mario and Luigi and he realizes that the Wiggler is not a guard and yells about the flower garden. Angered, Wiggly chases off Popple with the Shadow Thief saying he is done with Pi'illo Island.

Popple and Wiggler made each other furious, largely due to Popple's misevaluation of Wiggler and their opposing beliefs on the stupidity of flowers, as well as their fight. Popple called Wiggler names, unintentionally insulted his "flower friends" and pulled on Wiggler's head flower during the battle, all of which made Wiggler extremely angry.

May 17, 2024 · Battle against Wiggler. HP: 34; In order to hit his head, you need to first stomp on every one of his segments. Once you do that, he'll turn yellow and you can damage his head. After the battle, head to the fruit and get it. Return to the Tree, and he'll let you pass. You'll see Popple and Rookie take advantage of this, and go into the next room.

Jun 15, 2021 · Basically, Popple doesn't let me start the battle against Wiggler and says that it's because I need to gain more XP and find more items. I have luigi at level 34 and mario at level 33, how far do I have to go ? I finished DT twice before but I don't remember this happening.

Jan 7, 2025 · Under the assumption that Mario and Luigi are also thieves, Popple enrages Wiggler and hinders Mario and Luigi in a battle against him. As soon as Wiggler is defeated, Popple turns against the Bros. and attacks them, also soundly defeated.

Popple is a villain in Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga. He is a wannabe thief who has had many rookies. His first Rookie was amnesiac Bowser, his second was Birdo.

Popple is nearby watching Wiggler under the assumption that he was a security guard hired by the collector who lives in the house he is currently attempting to break into. After Mario and Luigi arrive and are spotted by Popple, he enrages Wiggler by calling him a moth and drags the Bros. into a battle against him.
