I am huge advocate for getting up early or staying out until sunset to have way less crowds especially at national parks where they can get crowded. However sometimes there are locations that will be crowded almost whenever you go during a busier season. And sometimes for good reasons when you see how incredible a place like the delicate arch can be while the sunset hits it.
