Yogurt versus Kefir!👇 While yogurt can be an easy way to add fresh to the bowl, i much prefer fermented “dairy” products (such as raw goat kefir or cow kefir) as they’re much more nutrient dense Especially for dogs with sensitive tummies, I avoid non-fermented dairy. Especially yogurts with fillers and stabilizers added (gums, tapioca, carrageenan, etc) You can find kefir at your local pet shop, or some grocery stories have it, too!
