One of my favorite shrimp recipes. Smoked garlic butter shrimp. Use the biggest shrimp you can find, remove the shells but leave the tails. Arrange them in a cast iron skillet and pour over the garlic butter. I used 1 stick of @fourthandheart ghee, 5-6 chopped cloves of garlic, 2 tsp of my All Purpose Rub and some crushed red pepper.
