Fluffy buttermilk biscuits -1. Preheat oven 450F. Grease and flour a 9 inch round cake pan. In a large mixing bowl add 2 cups flour, 1T baking powder, 1T sugar, 1tsp salt, 1/2tsp baking soda and whisk together. Add 6T cold grated unsalted butter and cut with a pastry cutter until crumbly. 2. Add 1 1/2c chilled buttermilk (add juice of half a lemon to regular milk and let set 10 min) to the dry mixture and mix with wooden spoon. It will be a wet dough. 3. Add 1 cup flour to a small baking sheet.
