Yogurt versus Kefir!👇 While yogurt can be an easy way to add fresh to the bowl, i much prefer fermented “dairy” products (such as raw goat kefir or cow kefir) as they’re much more nutrient dense Especially for dogs with sensitive tummies, I avoid non-fermented dairy. Especially yogurts with fillers and stabilizers added (gums, tapioca, carrageenan, etc) You can find kefir at your local pet shop, or some grocery stories have it, too! Or, you can easily ferment your yogurt or goat milk at home! D
